What's up with the Class Recommendation Book?

If you have recently browsed through the Class Recommendation Book, you may have noticed that the feature that allows you to rate classes has been removed. According to Eric Zwick '07, creator of the current Rec Book, this is because access to the Rec Book is restricted between semesters. But full access to the site will soon be opened, and students will be able to rate classes from their spring '05 semesters. As per usual, upperclassmen will need to rate a class before they are given access to ratings for other classes.

According to Zwick, an email giving instructions on how to set up the accounts will be sent out to all students within a few days. Student accounts will be attached to email accounts, which will allow comments and ratings to be tracked. The Rec Book will be fully functional in time for students to start picking out classes for the Spring semester.
